UV Curing Process for Glass Adhesives
Our glass adhesive products are manufactured to react to long wave ultraviolet light rays that, when curved, give an optically clear bonded surface with exceptional strength characteristics. When exposed to ultraviolet light, our adhesives cure extremely quickly--cure speeds in a range of 2 to 30 seconds can be achieved easily--which boosts productivity and shortens assembly time. Cure speeds for glass, and glass-to-metal bonds, are completely adaptable to suit the needs of the assembly application.
